Jon Petz came and was the final speaker at a local HR conference. The message encouraged us to not doubt the amount of impact you can be to someone with what can seem to be a small insignificant moment.
When I was in high school, my teacher made us write out 3 sentences that started with “I’m just”. Afterwards we erased and wrote “I am”. My valedictorian, also, in high school talked about staying present in the moment. This book reminded me of both of these meaningful messages.

I plan to give this card to a student who has genuinely made someone else’s life better by doing the right thing or going out of there way to be kind to someone.
