As a first time conference attendee and speaker I was really nervous about how my presentation would be received. Afterwards, several people took the time to speak with me and express how much they enjoyed my presentation. It altered the way I think about myself.

I am passing this card onto Joyce, she was the Hostess of the Conierge floor at the Marriott Watersode where our conference is. She was SO amazing and went above and beyond any of our expecations and was so sweet and had incredible customer service. We will truely miss her when we leave and made us feel so welcomed. I will also be letting the Marriott know how amazing she is and what a true asset she is to the Marriott family.
“A woman is like a tea bag. You never know how strong she is until you put her in hot water.” Keep rising to the challenges you’re faced with!
Cody works with adults with developmental disabilities. He has been a part of his current team for a very short time, but has made more of an impact in one young man’s life than many of the people who have been there longer. Cody has built a very trusting, comforting relationship with him and provided him with a positive role model. Every interaction you have is an opportunity to change a life…I hope you realize the impact you have had and continue to strive to be the best you can for the individuals you support!
Haley is the first recipient of this card and I hope she passes it along to someone who has made as much of an impact as she has. She has been a true advocate for those who rely on her for care and support, both personally and professionally. Thank you for the impact you make!
Love this pay it forward tool. Make a difference in someone’s day or life.

Sara has been a stalwart in my life. I met her in an unlikely place and she's changed the course of me and my children's life for the better. Sara also a military wife 'gets me', she understands special needs kiddos and has a heart of gold. She is leaving with her spouse of a tour away from home for a time and I will miss her terribly. She is a giver and always thinks of others (sometimes so much it is a detriment to herself). I can see her passing on this card with an incredible sense of joy. She truly is in her element when she is helping others.
I am a mother of many. I feel like I am treading water with my family and am waiting to glimpse sight of the shore. Receiving this card from Jon Petz gave me motivation to see the significance in simple moments is driving me to live in the ‘now’ and stop longing constantly for the future.

I will give it to an AMAZING Waitress at our Local Chili's restaurant. Andrea has been 'our' waitress for over a year when we eat during kids eat free night. We have a large family and within a few visits she knew which orders would be placed and even has drinks ready before we arrive! My children are special needs and she takes the time to listen to them as we stretch our comfort zone and learn how to use our manners in public. She is so gracious and genuine. Andrea even offered to share her books when she found out how much my children like to read.
I am the mother of many (7 adopted and up to 11 at times). I feel like I am constantly treading water trying to keep us all afloat. But being motivated to find the significance in simple moments is driving me to enjoy the now.

I'm excited to pass this card to Angela in Hartford WI - whom i had met a few months ago. She, like me, decided to follow a passion to help others use their creativity in new and meaningful ways. She is someone making a difference and I look forward to her success in the new venture.
Tifiny helped out above and beyond by helping her Program Coordinator file several months worth of paperwork. As well as saying that she would help out and keep up on the filing to help out.
