Just needed a little inspirational read during lunch break so picked up the book from the Teacher’s lounge. Great message to live in the now and appreciate life – especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

My dear friend Reen gave me this toward the end of the summer season at the campground we both go to every summer. Her husband is one of the campground owner’s sons who has known me since birth. She has been one of my greatest cheerleaders in this lifetime and always picks me up off the floor when I have fallen, both figuratively and literally. She has the sweetest, most compassionate and loving heart of anyone I’ve ever met and she truly inspires me to be a better version of myself. She is part of my spirit team here on Earth. And she’s the gal you want on your trivia team for music!

Robin a member of the Hamlin NY lions club is very involved in community service. She is always concerned a bout community members who are dealing with life’s difficulties, She does all she can to address the issues involved. In the past year she has organized a fundraiser for a young family whose father was killed in a snowmobile accident, assisted with another fundraiser to assist a family whose home was completely burned down. She is a tireless worker on projects to improve the quality of life in our community. Every community should be blessed with a Robin

Four members of the Rochester NY Lions Club held a planning meeting lunch at the East Ridge Dinner. Our Server Kristina , made our customer service experience amazing. with prompt, accurate service, with a extremely pleasant attitude. That made our meeting pleasant experience. She is a fine example of what customer service is all about

I first heard this story well over a decade ago when Jon told it at a workshop I attended and I kept a card from that for a short bit of time and passed it along. I was able to hear him speak again at a professional day for my current employer and the mission he has started still resonates. I truly believe that we all come into each others’ lives for a reason and there are no restrictions that make us the right person to make a difference. I am passing this forward to a young man destined for great things as a part of his upcoming birthday! My hope is that he realizes just how important he is and how much his presence can be a positive in others’ lives. Happy Birthday Zachary!
