I am giving the 7 of hearts to Jennie. I often struggle with specific aspects of our overall service excellence, and on a day when I felt particularly defeated (and many other days besides), Jennie offered a switch of 1:1s that helped to turn my day around. Jennie has not only been an excellent co-worker but is so effectively a team player that I consider her actions a social support of mine. Its not just a quick switch or an extra hand or a needed break, Jennie helps ensure the service excellence Aptiv works to boast and it all appears to come naturally and without hesitation. Thank you Jennie for your meaningful support of participants AND coworkers.

Stacy

This card was given to me as a thank you for sharing my life stories with a colleague that became a friend. I believe that everything is driven by purpose and that you are able to connect with people, for a reason other than chance. The two of us had the incredible opportunity to share a Diversity and Inclusion journey, in which we talked about our experiences with bias as women and as members of certain races. In those moments of vulnerability we learned to trust each other and to understand the challenges of walking in our skin. We have spoken up for one another and truly become allies. She gave me this card as a thank you for using my voice to advocate and being willing to learn, listen, be compassionate and stay true to my moral compass.

Jane Roberts-Director of HR

I have been working as an HR assistant for almost 4 months. Our company has been going through some changes recently and we just hired a new Director of HR. She came in and wanted the HR team to know that she is there for us.

Jon Petz

Heard Jon speak at the Ohio Nursery and Landscape conference. His story will help us promote the landscaping industry as much more than “just” plants! We connect people to nature!

I am choosing to give the 7 of hearts to Lexi. She joined our team at a time when we desperately needed help. She got thrown into the mix from the very start and hasn’t missed a beat since. Lexi is very attentive to the clients’ needs and is always good at reporting a change in mood or behavior. Lexi is a hard working college student and I hope working at Aptiv has helped build her experience in her field of Psychology, and I look forward to what she will accomplish with her degree. Thank you, Lexi!

Jon

I received this card at a seminar from Jon petz. This was a great seminar and everyone should experience Jon’s performance someday. He told me the story of Nathan at this conference and it was such a touching, beautiful story of one strong little boy.
