I have been working as an HR assistant for almost 4 months. Our company has been going through some changes recently and we just hired a new Director of HR. She came in and wanted the HR team to know that she is there for us.

I am choosing to give the 7 of hearts to Lexi. She joined our team at a time when we desperately needed help. She got thrown into the mix from the very start and hasn’t missed a beat since. Lexi is very attentive to the clients’ needs and is always good at reporting a change in mood or behavior. Lexi is a hard working college student and I hope working at Aptiv has helped build her experience in her field of Psychology, and I look forward to what she will accomplish with her degree. I received this card at a seminar from Jon petz. This was a great seminar and everyone should experience Jon’s performance someday. He told me the story of Nathan at this conference and it was such a touching, beautiful story of one strong little boy.
